If the above times are unsuitable, you can sign up to receive a recording of the class £5 each. You can view as many times as you like within a week.
The classes focus on CORE, STRENGTH, BALANCE and STABILTY.
I use the zoom platform which can be accessed on a mobile phone, Ipad, tablet or laptop. I offer help in getting set up.
I ask you have your camera on so I can see you to ensure individual attention. You will be pleased to know the rest of the class can not see you while we are working, but you can join in the chat before or after class by changing your settings.
I aim to make my classes fun, functional, and available to everyone.
My classes are ideal for those with back, shoulder and neck problems and help aid rehabilitation. They can also improve concentration.
By mastering the lateral breathing technique used in Pilates, anxiety and stress levels will lower and your core strength will increase.
I am highly experienced at working with a group at different levels, so you can be assured I will help you develop at an appropriate pace for you by offering alternatives.
I run the group classes as a course for 6 weeks. But you can join at anytime. I get to know you and am able to tailor the class to suit the participants. This gives you a more personalised experience than just doing a video on Youtube!
Classes numbers are limited to ensure individual attention, so booking is advisable.
All you need is comfortable clothing and a mat/towel.
