Group Pilates Classes
Mat Pilates classes in Nazeing, Essex are suitable for beginner/ intermediates.
The classes focus on CORE, STRENGTH, BALANCE and STABILTY.
Classes of 8-14 people, to ensure individual attention.
Designed to give you longer, leaner muscles, improve posture, flexibility and help flatten lower stomach.
I aim to make my classes fun and functional.
These classes are ideal for those with back, shoulder and neck problems and help aid rehabilitation. They can also improve concentration.
By mastering the lateral breathing technique used in Pilates, stress levels will lower.
I am highly experienced at working with a group at different levels, so you can be assured I will help you develop at an appropriate pace for you by offering alternatives.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat/towel and water.

Courses tend to run in conjunction with school term time, so there are usually no classes on during some school holidays. Please contact me for further details.
