My name is Louise Kent and I am a CYQ level 3 qualified Pilates instructor mainly working in the Nazeing, Waltham Abbey, Epping, Broxbourne and Hoddesdon areas of Essex and Hertfordshire.
I deliver Pilates classes designed to strengthen deep core muscles creating strong abdominals, shoulder girdle muscles and create back protection.
I can also provide Pilates training one-to-one or in small groups in Nazeing, Waltham Abbey and surrounding areas.
The classes also include stretching and balancing exercises to create a healthy balance between body and mind.
For those who train for a certain event or sport, Pilates can be the difference in performance level and sustainability through a season.
For those who exercise regularly the value of cross training through Pilates will be very obvious and, for those who rarely or never exercise, Pilates will help you to reconnect with your body and start you on your journey to health.
The classes are held in Nazeing, Waltham Abbey, Essex and are also suitable for people living in Epping, Broxbourne and Hoddesdon.
The classes are usually run in school term time but I do sometimes run Workshops in the school holidays.
